Potom je tu sp\u00f4sob ich spracovania a \u00fapravy. Suroviny na v\u00fdrobu potrav\u00edn m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 pr\u00edrodn\u00e9, teda rastliny a zvierat\u00e1 \u017eij\u00fa v divokej pr\u00edrode. T\u00fdchto zdrojov potrav\u00edn za\u010d\u00edna by\u0165 m\u00e1lo, s\u00fa vz\u00e1cne a s\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou pr\u00edrodn\u00fdch rezerv\u00e1ci\u00ed, kde sa nerobia \u017eiadne \u013eudsk\u00e9 z\u00e1sahy. Pralesn\u00e9 rezerv\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n<p>Potom m\u00e1me <strong>divoko rast\u00face rastliny<\/strong> a divok\u00e9 zvierat\u00e1 v oblastiach, ktor\u00e9 \u010dlovek obhospodaruje ako napr\u00edklad lesy a pasienky. U\u017e to nie s\u00fa divoko rast\u00face alebo \u00faplne divoko \u017eij\u00face objekty bez z\u00e1sahu \u013eudskej ruky. Napr\u00edklad zvierat\u00e1 s\u00fa prikrmovan\u00e9, o\u010dkovan\u00e9. Stromy s\u00fa z\u00e1merne pestovan\u00e9. Rastliny sa vo\u013ene kr\u00ed\u017eia so z\u00e1hradn\u00fdmi alebo po\u013en\u00fdmi rastlinami. Potom s\u00fa tu umelo \u0161\u013eachten\u00e9 rastliny po\u013enohospod\u00e1rskeho charakteru, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou umelo obr\u00e1banej p\u00f4dy ako orba, hnojenie, chemick\u00e1 ochrana. Zvierat\u00e1 s\u00fa \u0161\u013eachten\u00e9 pre m\u00e4so, mlieko, ko\u017eu, vlnu, vaj\u00ed\u010dka a podobne a s\u00fa chovan\u00e9 v \u0161pecializovan\u00fdch chovn\u00fdch zariadeniach. Potom vznikaj\u00fa mimoriadne \u0161\u013eachten\u00e9 rastliny a zvierat\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 treba ozna\u010di\u0165 ako <strong>geneticky upravovan\u00e9<\/strong> a \u0161\u013eachten\u00e9 rastliny v laborat\u00f3rnych podmienkach. Die\u0165a nem\u00e1 e\u0161te rozvinut\u00fd tr\u00e1viaci syst\u00e9m. Iba sa za\u010d\u00edna podoba\u0165 tr\u00e1viacemu syst\u00e9mu dospelej osoby. \u0160portovec a to vrcholov\u00fd profesion\u00e1l nepotrebuje po s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ei za\u0165a\u017eova\u0165 organizmus \u010fal\u0161\u00edm tr\u00e1ven\u00edm a teda mus\u00ed dosta\u0165 do vn\u00fatra \u010do najr\u00fdchlej\u0161ie \u017eiviny a regenerova\u0165 bunky, aby na druh\u00fd de\u0148 podal znovu vrcholov\u00fd v\u00fdkon. Osoby po 40. a 50. roku \u017eivota u\u017e nemaj\u00fa kvalitu tr\u00e1venia ako osoba v 20. a 30. roku \u017eivota. A teda u\u017e nedok\u00e1\u017eu vy\u017eivi\u0165 bunky svojho tela dostato\u010dne. Pre tento vek je vhodn\u00e9 sa vr\u00e1ti\u0165 k strave zo Sunaru, detskej v\u00fd\u017eivy, ale aj v\u00fd\u017eivy pre \u0161portovcov. K tomu z\u00e1klad japonskej v\u00fd\u017eivy a to ryby, ry\u017ea, riasy, kokosov\u00fd olej, ovocie, zelenina, zemiaky. Minim\u00e1lne m\u00e4so, m\u00faka, tuky a oleje. Samozrejme, osoba sa takto stravuje preto, aby si udr\u017eala v\u00fdkonnos\u0165 a to hlavne psychick\u00fa, ale aj fyzick\u00fa. Na fyzick\u00fa v\u00fdkonnos\u0165 treba aj komplex fyziologick\u00fdch cvi\u010den\u00ed pre kond\u00edciu svalov ako stre\u010ding, pilates, posil\u0148ovanie, ch\u00f4dza, pl\u00e1vanie, joga, dychov\u00e9 cvi\u010denia a v\u0161eli\u010do in\u00e9. Touto t\u00e9mou fyzickej v\u00fdkonnosti aj po 50. roku \u017eivota sa budem zaobera\u0165 osobitne.<br \/>\n<strong>Mimoriadne \u0161pecifick\u00e9 vy\u017eivovanie je vlastne z tox\u00ednov v \u013eudskom tele.<\/strong> \u017dila do pe\u010dene sl\u00fa\u017ei na to, aby priviedla toxick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a z nich pe\u010de\u0148 vyr\u00e1ba vhodn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky pre telo. A takto nejako to rob\u00ed aj hypof\u00fdza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vyzbieral som webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky hlavne z Wikip\u00e9die, ale aj z internetu.
