Tr\u00e1venie s\u00edce miner\u00e1ly spracuje, ale d\u00e1 ich do nespr\u00e1vnych chemick\u00fdch \u0161trukt\u00far a potom s\u00fa takto nevhodne upraven\u00e9 miner\u00e1ly nani\u010d. Aby sa dobre spracoval v\u00e1pnik a \u017eelezo, musia by\u0165 v tenk\u00fdch \u010drev\u00e1ch tie spr\u00e1vne mikroorganizmy. A to e\u0161te nie je v\u0161etko. Napr\u00edklad po 50. roku \u017eivota u\u017e m\u00e1me stav starnutia a tr\u00e1viaci syst\u00e9m do tela nedostane moc miner\u00e1lov a vitam\u00ednov. A pokia\u013e ich chce ma\u0165 osoba v star\u0161om veku dostatok, tak ich mus\u00ed do tela dosta\u0165 aj in\u00fdmi cestami ako cez tr\u00e1venie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pokia\u013e m\u00e1 osoba 20 &#8211; 30 rokov, tak telo tvor\u00ed asi 1000 enz\u00fdmov a koenz\u00fdmov,<\/strong> do tela je potrebn\u00e9 doda\u0165 ve\u013emi m\u00e1lo prvkov a vitam\u00ednov a v\u0161etko je v poriadku. Ale po 30. roku \u017eivota zanik\u00e1 tvorba 1 000 \u00fadr\u017ebov\u00fdch enz\u00fdmov a potreba miner\u00e1lov a vitam\u00ednov neust\u00e1le rastie. Napr\u00edklad potreba magn\u00e9zia sa zvy\u0161uje aj 5 n\u00e1sobne, potreba B vitam\u00ednov rastie aj na 10 n\u00e1sobok oproti potrebe v mladosti. Ale ako tak\u00e9to mno\u017estv\u00e1 z\u00edska\u0165 z potravy? Tak to asi nep\u00f4jde. A staroba sama blokuje pr\u00edsun miner\u00e1lov a vitam\u00ednov, dosta\u0165 potrebn\u00e9 mno\u017estvo miner\u00e1lov a vitam\u00ednov iba cez tenk\u00e9 \u010drev\u00e1 je nere\u00e1lne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miner\u00e1ly a vitam\u00edny potrebujeme aj ako palivo pre fungovanie buniek,<\/strong> podobne ako do auta mus\u00edme dosta\u0165 benz\u00edn alebo naftu. Ale \u010das\u0165 miner\u00e1lov treba dosta\u0165 aj rovno do aminokysel\u00edn, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa v bunk\u00e1ch. V star\u0161om veku je pr\u00edsun miner\u00e1lov zablokovan\u00fd do vn\u00fatra aminokysel\u00edn a to je ve\u013ek\u00fd probl\u00e9m.
